Lowell was the best high school basketball ball handler and shooter I ever saw. I remember watching him break-away to his basket and rather than make a lay-up he would go to corner of the court and shoot a hook shot and make it every time. My sympathy to his family.

I knew Lowell from my high school years and throughout our many years together as friends. He was a great sport's fan and you could always get an opinion good or bad. I will miss you my friend.
